• Used as reference material to generate professional product photography
• Stored temporarily during the generation session

1.3 Generated Images

AI-generated product images are saved to your account gallery so you can access, download, and share them. You may delete generated images from your gallery at any time.

1.4 Purchase Information

When you purchase credits:

• Payment processing is handled entirely by third-party providers (Stripe for web, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store)
• We do not store your credit card number, bank account, or other payment instrument details
• We record transaction history (amount, date, credit balance) for your account

1.5 Device and Usage Information

We automatically collect:

• Analytics data — screen views, feature usage, and interaction events (via Expo Insights)
• Device information — device type, operating system, and app version
• Log data — server logs for debugging and service improvement

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide our service — analyze your product images and generate professional photography
• Manage your account — authenticate you, track your credit balance, and store your generated images
• Send transactional emails — welcome emails, purchase confirmations, low credit warnings, and generation completion notifications
• Improve our service — understand how users interact with the app to make it better
• Prevent abuse — protect against unauthorized access and misuse

3. AI Processing

Your uploaded product images are processed using Google Gemini AI services. This means:

• Images are transmitted to Google's AI infrastructure for analysis and generation
• Google's AI models process your images to identify product characteristics and generate new images
• AI processing is subject to Google's Privacy Policy
• We do not use your images to train AI models

4. Camera and Photo Library Access

Our app requests access to:

• Camera — to capture product photos directly within the app
• Photo Library — to select existing product photos from your device
• Media Library (save) — to save generated images to your device

These permissions are only used for the stated purposes. Camera and photo library access is requested at the time of use, and you can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Google (Gemini AI) — for image analysis and generation processing
• Stripe — for payment processing on web
• Apple / Google — for in-app purchase processing and authentication
• Resend — for transactional email delivery
• Analytics providers — aggregated, non-personally-identifiable usage data

6. Data Storage and Security

• Your account data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database
• Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using platform-provided secure storage
• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage
• All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption
• We retain your data for as long as your account is active

You have the right to:

• Access your data — view your account information and generated images within the app
• Delete your data — request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us
• Delete generated images — remove individual images from your gallery at any time
• Revoke permissions — disable camera or photo library access through your device settings
• Opt out of emails — transactional emails are necessary for service operation, but you can contact us for adjustments

8. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
